1. What are your shipping rates?

Please note that some oversized items will require additional shipping charges (eg: carriers, beds) The itmes with *OS in the description will have these additional costs not charged during checkout; however, they will be billed to the credit card initially used for the purchase. 


2. What payments does Creation Elite accept?
We accept all credit cards, Paypal & money orders. You are assured that all payments made at www.creationelite.com are through our secured server & will not be read by third parties. To protect our valued customers from credit card fraud, we will only ship to a shipping address that matches the credit card billing address of the credit card being used to place your order at www.creationelite.com, or if paying by paypal, we will only accept orders which have supplied "confirmed" shipping addresses. Any orders with a shipping address other than the billing address will only be approved for order processing & fulfillment if a Credit Card Charge Authorization Form is completed by the credit card holder and either faxed or emailed to us before your order can be processed. This is a completely safe & secure way for Creation Elite / www.creationelite.com to ensure that our valued customers do not receive unauthorized charges on their cards.

3. What countries do you ship to?
We currently only Ship to the USA.

4. What methods of shipping do you use?
All USA orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FEDEX Ground, with Tracking Numbers (except for beds or special orders). USPS only has confirmation, there is no tracking #.

5. Can I request overnight shipping?
Some of the in stock merchandise can be sent by overnight with a extra charge, The custom made merchandise cannot be shipped by overnight since they required longer time to furnish. We can guarantee you that all orders will be received within 2 1/2 weeks (except special orders, custom orders and personalized orders-those items are noted with freight delivery times).

6. When can I expect to receive my orders after I have paid?
Each item will give you an estimated lead time on the item(s) ordered only if additional delivery times apply. If an item's product description does not state a delivery time for that particular product, you should expect to receive your item(s) within 1 to 2 weeks from the order date. If the item(s) ordered is/are a custom made item, the lead time may be slightly longer (which will be stated in the product description), you may contact Creation Elite for an estimated time of arrival.

7. Is it possible for you to contact me & say that my order has been cancelled? And why?
It is very rare, but occasionally an item may become unavailable at time of order due to stock or notifications of product discontinued by manufacturer. If this does occur, Creation Elite will notify you immediately and inform you of why the order need's to be cancelled and/or put on hold until stock becomes available. We will immediately refund your payment if the order is cancelled entirely, or if the order is put on hold; you will have the option to cancel the order entirely or have us hold your order & funding until it is ready to ship. Again, this is highly unlikely, however sometimes things like this can occur as we're constantly updating our inventory.

8. How do I know what size is right for my pet?
Creation Elite does our best to provide accurate information possible. If you're uncertain about your pet's clothing size, click HERE to see our size chart & information on how to measure your pet correctly.

9. Does Creation Elite offer a Return or Exchange Policy?

10. Does www.creationelite.com sell their products wholesale or offer drop shipping?
We are very sorry that we do not offer any of our products for wholesale or drop-shipping at this time as we're unique retailer. If you're a Manufacturer/Distributor/Vendor & you would like to submit your product(s) catalog & pricing for review by our Buyer, please do so by using our contact form HERE

11. Do you have a Catalog you can mail to me?
Since we're continuously updating our inventory each week, it is impossible for us to offer a complete printed up-to-date catalog at this time. You can review the latest trends & styles at: www.creationelite.com, We do occasionally send out mailings and/or emails to our customers with Newsletters on New Products added to our store or with special discounts & clearance items. 12. Can I cancel my order after it is placed?
Since we're dedicated to processing your order immediately then forwarding your order to our shipping department for order fulfillment, we can only allow orders to be cancelled up to 8 hours after the order is placed. After the 8 hour period is over, you may return your order following the return policy & instructions. *This DOES NOT apply to any custom orders. Any Custom orders that are placed CANNOT be returned nor cancelled as they are immediately sent to the designer for customization to your requirements and this order is made only for you.

13. I forgot to add something to my order…I made a mistake on a size, etc…?

14. When is a Credit Card Charge Authorization form required?
A credit card authorization form is required for Orders Shipping to a different address other than the bill to credit card address and is to protect our customers from online credit card fraud.

15. How to understand Product Descriptions and Images ?
We here at Creation Elite do our best to provide accurate and complete descriptions and representations of our products, including our dog clothes, dog collars, dog carriers, dog beds and other pet related items. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photos or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. This site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Color variations may occur due to monitor settings or descriptions may be incomplete due to human error. We do our best to correct errors when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability, and Creation Elite reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information.

If a product offered by Creation Elite is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in its original and unused condition. We apologize for any inconvenience.

16. what items are Return Exceptions ?
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: customized and handmade items, Carriers, Beds, Blankets, underwear & Swimwear, Treats, and Other Perishables (including bowls), Pet Toys, Holiday Merchandise, Final Sale/Sale & Clearance Merchandise.

17. Does Creation Elite provide gift wrapping service ?
Creation Elite provides gift wrapping service when you need it. $5.99 flat fee, and the items will be carefully wrapped with high end wrapping paper.And a free Gift card Message Include a message of 8-12 words with your gift on a nice design Creation Elite card. Limited to one complimentary gift message per shipping destination.

18. Is there taxes added on ?
All prices are subjected to change without notice, currently all tax are added in the sale prices.

19. Does Creation Elite charge any restocking fee ?
We allow one complimentary exchange per item. After the first exchange, each exchange will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the item's value. If you return an item which qualified for free shipping or chargeable shipping, we will refund your card for the purchase price less a restocking fee of 20% of the item's value. If you return an item(s) that you were charged additional Over Sized Shipping for, we apologize however shipping & handling fees cannot be refunded.
